Every launch on the Crux factories, read from Base Sepolia as you look: its status, the one price its buyers pay and how much it has raised.

02 / Fair launch

One auction.
One clearing price.

Bids gather in one window and clear together at one uniform price, so arriving first inside the window buys nothing. It removes ordering games within the batch; it does not make settlement or the pool afterwards immune to MEV.
  1. 01

    Bid with a limit

Deposit test USDC with the highest price you will pay. On V3, limits sit on a grid 1% apart and each wallet has a cap.

  2. 02

    The window closes

Deposits stop at the scheduled close. After that anyone can settle the batch; no one chooses who goes first.

  3. 03

    One clearing price

Settlement finds the highest price at which the bids at or above it buy the whole sale. Below the floor, the launch cancels and everyone is refunded.

  4. 04

    Allocate and seed

Every filled bid pays that same price; the marginal step fills pro rata and unspent USDC is refunded. 30% of supply and half the raise seed the locked pool.

03 / Execution

Intent in.
Execution out.

Sign what you want, not how to get it. A solver fills the order from its own capital and is repaid from escrow. On testnet both legs run on Base Sepolia.
  1. 01 Quote ready

Priced from the locked Uniswap V2 pool at your size, with a 0.50% price limit you can read before you sign.

    getReserves · Base Sepolia
  2. 02 Awaiting signature

You sign one ERC-7683 order with EIP-712. Any approval is for the exact amount.

    GaslessCrossChainOrder
  3. 03 Intent submitted

openFor escrows your input in the origin settler. Nothing is bridged.

  4. 04 Destination execution

A solver delivers your output from its own capital on the destination settler.

  5. 05 Settlement confirmed

The escrow is released to the solver that filled. If no solver fills in time, the escrow refunds to you.

    OrderSettled

These are the stages, not a status. Your own intent's review window marks each one only after Base Sepolia confirms it.

Reading graduated launches…

04 / Liquidity

Liquidity has a home.

Each launch keeps its depth in one place: one canonical pool on its home chain, locked at graduation. Other venues and chains read from it rather than splitting it.
  1. Batch auction
  2. One Uniswap V2 pool
  3. LP to 0x…dEaD

Native market

Testnet

Graduation pairs 30% of supply with half the raise in one Uniswap V2 pool on the home chain, opening at the clearing price. The LP tokens are minted to 0x…dEaD, so that liquidity can never be withdrawn.

External discovery

Testnet

The pool is a plain Uniswap V2 pair, so any router, explorer or aggregator that reads V2 pairs can find and price it without an integration. On a testnet, few of them look.

Cross-chain expansion

Planned

Extending a token beyond its home chain (OFT or NTT) only once it clears economic gates: deep executable liquidity, sustained volume and low volatility. Not built.

05 / Token economics

Value moves
through the system.

Fees start at the launch and are meant to flow through trading and derivatives into buybacks. Only the launch fee exists today. $CRUX has not been issued.
  1. 01

    Launch fees

1% of every graduated raise, paid at settlement: 70% to the creator, 30% to the treasury. Enforced by CruxFactoryV2 and V3 on Base Sepolia.

    Testnet
  2. 02

    Spot fees

A protocol share of trading on the home-chain pool. Today the pool's 0.3% Uniswap fee stays in the locked pool, and the solver's spread goes to the solver.

    Planned
  3. 03

    Derivatives

Perpetual markets on Hyperliquid HIP-3 for tokens that clear depth, volume and volatility gates, with a share of deployer revenue.

    Planned
  4. 04

    Buybacks

Net protocol revenue used for open-market buybacks of $CRUX.

Batch window

Every bid in the window clears at one price, whatever its length. Longer windows give buyers time to find the launch.

  • 70% of protocol fees are automatically routed to your wallet upon graduation. The fee is 1% of the raise.
  • Liquidity is locked forever: 30% of supply and half the raise seed a Uniswap pool whose LP is burned. Your 10% and your share of the raise vest over 30 days.
  • One canonical pool. All launch liquidity sits in a single Uniswap V2 pool on the home chain, so the market is never split across chains and trades against one price.
